Claude Bibeau, a native of Drummondville, Quebec, has pursued his career as a painter for a little over twenty years.

Labelled hyperrealistic, naive, surrealist, his paintings portray an incisive view of society. Endowed with an unerring mastery of drawing and colour, the late Claude Bibeau left behind a rich and mature, though sadly unfinished, body of work. His work is familiar to a select number of art collectors in Quebec and elswhere.
